Temporary Suspension of Rail Services from/to Genoa port and congestion fee to all Italian ports

We would like to inform you that major infrastructure works scheduled by RFI (Italian Railway Network) during July and August will heavily impact rail traffic across Italy.

As a result, rail and intermodal services to and from the Port of Genoa will be fully suspended, as several shipping lines have already halted operations on this route. Significant congestion is also expected at inland and port terminals nationwide.

Due to this, a Port Congestion Surcharge will be applied to all Italian ports during this period.
